Shipping policy

Please allow 3 - 7 business days to pack and ship your order once payment is received. Shipping costs will be collected at the time of purchase and is calculated based on the weight of the package and shipping location.
Please verify your shipping address prior to submitting your order. Address changes can only be made if order has not yet shipped. **If address changes are needed, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. Please note there will be an inconvenience fee of $4.99.** Any address changes needed after shipping will need to be directed to the mail carrier to inquire about package interception options.
Damages and Issues
All items will be inspected prior to shipping and securely packaged to protect your purchase during transit. The Route Package Protection option is offered as an option on all orders as a form of insurance to cover any possible issues due to loss, stolen, or damaged items. After your order has been submitted, you will receive a separate email from Route that will provide your Route Order ID#. This ID will be needed to file any claims if needed. If any issues arise after the order has been shipped, please contact Route directly for further assistance. If the Route Package Protection was removed from the order during checkout, then any damages incurred during the shipping process will need to be directed to the mail/delivery service provider for further assistance. Serenity Divine, LLC will not be responsible for your package after it arrives to the carrier if the Route option has been removed.
Tracking Information
All orders will be assigned tracking numbers shortly after the shipping label has been created and sent to the email address provided during checkout. Serenity Divine, LLC will not be responsible for emails sent to wrong email addresses as it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure accurate information is provided. If you are unable to locate the tracking information in your inbox, please check the spam folder. Any questions regarding location of items can be resolved by checking the tracking information or contacting the carrier associated with the tracking number.
